EasySelect ("we", "our", or "us") operates the platform available at easyselect.in. We provide a photo selection and delivery tool for photographers and their clients in India.

2. Information We Collect

We collect information you provide directly to us when you create an account or use our service:

• Your name and email address
• Password (stored in encrypted form)
• Photos and videos you upload to the platform
• Basic usage information (pages visited, features used)

We do not collect your payment card details directly. Payments are processed securely by our payment provider.

3. How We Use Your Information

We use the information we collect to:

• Create and manage your account
• Provide the photo selection service to you and your clients
• Send you notifications related to your projects (in-app, email, or WhatsApp depending on your plan)
• Respond to your support requests
• Improve our platform and fix issues

We do not sell your personal information to any third party.

4. Your Photos and Data

Photos and files you upload remain yours. We do not use your content for any purpose other than delivering the service to you.

On the Free plan, uploaded data is automatically deleted after 30 days of inactivity. On paid plans, your data is retained as long as your account is active.

You can delete your account and all associated data at any time by contacting us.

5. Data Security

We take reasonable measures to protect your data from unauthorized access, loss, or misuse. All data is transmitted over encrypted connections.

However, no system is completely secure. We encourage you to use a strong, unique password for your account.

6. Sharing Your Information

We do not share your personal information with third parties except in the following limited cases:

• With payment processors to complete your subscription
• When required by law or a valid legal process
• To protect the rights and safety of our users or the public

7. Client Gallery Links

When you generate a client gallery link, anyone with that link can view and interact with the gallery. We recommend enabling password protection (available on Pro and Studio plans) for sensitive projects.

8. Cookies

We use essential cookies to keep you logged in and to make the platform function correctly. We do not use advertising or tracking cookies.

9. Your Rights

You have the right to:

• Access the personal data we hold about you
• Request correction of inaccurate data
• Request deletion of your account and data
• Opt out of non-essential communications

10. Changes to This Policy

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. When we do, we will update the "Last updated" date at the top. Continued use of the platform after changes means you accept the revised policy.
