Terms of Service

1. Acceptance of Terms

By creating an account or using EasySelect ("the platform"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, please do not use the platform.

These terms apply to all users of the platform, including photographers and their clients.

2. Who Can Use EasySelect

You must be at least 18 years old to create an account. By signing up, you confirm that the information you provide is accurate and that you are legally allowed to enter into this agreement.

3. Your Account

You are responsible for keeping your account credentials secure. Do not share your login details with others. Any activity that occurs under your account is your responsibility.

If you suspect unauthorized access to your account, contact us immediately at hello@easyselect.in.

4. Acceptable Use

You agree to use EasySelect only for lawful purposes. You must not:

• Upload content that is illegal, offensive, or violates anyone's rights
• Use the platform to harass, intimidate, or harm others
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to any part of the platform
• Misrepresent yourself or your identity
• Use the platform in a way that disrupts service for other users

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms.

5. Your Content

You retain ownership of all photos, videos, and other content you upload to the platform. By uploading content, you grant us a limited licence to store and display it solely for the purpose of providing the service to you.

You are responsible for ensuring that you have the rights to upload and share any content on the platform.

6. Data Retention

On the Free plan, uploaded data may be automatically deleted after 30 days. On paid plans (Pro and Studio), your data is retained for as long as your subscription is active.

We are not liable for any loss of data due to account inactivity or plan limitations. We recommend downloading your files regularly as a backup.

7. Subscriptions and Payments

Paid plans are billed on a monthly or yearly basis. Payments are processed securely through our payment provider. We do not store your card details.

You may cancel your subscription at any time. Cancellations take effect at the end of your current billing period. We do not offer refunds for partial billing periods unless required by applicable law.

8. Service Availability

We aim to keep EasySelect available at all times, but we do not guarantee uninterrupted access. Maintenance, updates, or unforeseen issues may occasionally affect availability.

We are not liable for any losses arising from downtime or service interruptions.

9. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, EasySelect is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the platform.

Our total liability to you for any claim shall not exceed the amount you paid us in the three months preceding the claim.

10. Termination

You may delete your account at any time by contacting us. We may also suspend or terminate your account if you violate these terms, with or without prior notice.

Upon termination, your right to use the platform ends immediately. We may delete your data in accordance with our data retention policy.

11. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms of Service from time to time. We will notify you of significant changes via email or an in-app notice. Continued use of the platform after changes means you accept the updated terms.

12. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of India. Any disputes shall be subject to the jurisdiction of the courts of India.
